With more than twenty years of professional legal practice, Oleg brings a deeply rooted legal and governance background to the company. He previously served as a managing partner of Arbitis - a law firm located in Kharkiv, Ukraine, and continues to combine his role at Smotrów Design with the leadership of Jusnote, a technology-driven legal company.

His expertise spans corporate law, financial oversight, compliance, and operational management - forming the backbone of the company’s internal reliability. Oleg’s work ensures that Smotrów Design operates with confidence, transparency, and discipline, knowing that its financial and legal framework is secure, resilient, and thoughtfully managed.
