Smotrów Design continues our collaboration with Jusnote, a cloud-based legal practice management platform, expanding its product ecosystem with a new financial module designed to support the operational realities of modern legal practice.

The newly introduced invoicing module in the Jusnote mobile app allows lawyers to create, manage, and send professionally structured invoices with clarity and efficiency. Designed as an integral part of the Jusnote platform, the module reduces administrative friction and enables legal professionals to handle billing workflows with minimal effort.

Beyond basic invoicing, the module supports advanced financial operations essential to legal work. Lawyers can apply taxes, manage discounts, track time and expenses, attach supporting documents, and collect payments directly within the application. Integration with DocuSign enables secure digital signing, ensuring that financial processes remain aligned with professional and compliance standards.

From a design perspective, this update continues the systematic refinement of the Jusnote interface. New visual principles were introduced to improve how entries are created and records are reviewed, while several existing modules were fully redesigned to enhance clarity, consistency, and ease of use. The result is a more cohesive and intuitive experience that supports focus rather than distraction.
