In collaboration with Jusnote, we have developed a new mobile chat to support secure legal collaboration.
In the legal profession, responsiveness to client inquiries and the ability to maintain consistent communication are fundamental to building trust and establishing long-term relationships. In such an environment, professional tools must enable lawyers to stay connected at all times - whether they are commuting, waiting for a court hearing, or discussing a matter with colleagues over lunch.
For this reason, mobile communication with colleagues and clients is an essential component of daily legal practice. Recognizing this, Jusnote continues to refine its mobile application, steadily expanding its functionality.
Smotrów Design, as Jusnote’s partner in user experience design and product development, has created a new communication module that is now available within the mobile application.
Key features of the new communication module are:
Lawyers can create dedicated work chats with partners, colleagues, or clients, bringing multiple participants into a single structured discussion. This enables clear communication across projects, cases, and internal processes.
Emoji reactions allow users to quickly acknowledge information or express feedback without sending a separate message.
Messages can be quoted and forwarded while preserving conversational context, ensuring clarity in ongoing discussions.
Users retain full control over shared information, with the ability to edit or delete messages when necessary.
The messenger supports document and image attachments, making it a fully operational tool for legal collaboration.
The module displays who has viewed a message and when, increasing transparency within team communication.
Built-in search functionality and message history allow users to quickly locate important information and revisit critical details.
The communication module features a completely redesigned interface with micro-animations, haptic feedback, and refined interaction details.
We integrated a professional messaging experience into a system that was not originally built around chat functionality, while preserving the integrity and coherence of the entire Jusnote digital environment.
The application with the updated communication module is now available for download on the App Store and Google Play.
